Product & Discount Questions

No. Greenery market does not produce or sell live flowers or greenery. All flowers and greenery sold are artificial.

We sell below regular retail pricing to everyone. No sales tax license is needed to shop with us.We now offer bulk buys for those who like an even larger discount on bulk. You can shop bulk buys here.

Discounts are offered occasionally. The best way to obtain information about promotions and receive discount codes is to sign up for the email and/or text message list.

All codes need to be entered during the checkout process. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are happy to help you prior to checkout if you need help with a code. Don’t hesitate to email us prior to paying. 

Shipping Questions

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be picked, packed and processed. During peek holiday seasons for us it could be a 2-5 business days. 

Free shipping on orders over $100 is for regular addresses. PO Boxes may have an up-charge due to not being able to use UPS. 

Typical shipping fees are as follows:

  • Spend $0-$49.99 - pay $10.95-$11.95 shipping per order
  • Spend $49.99-$99.99 - pay $11.95-$13.95 shipping per order
  • Spend $100.00 - get FREE shipping in the continental USA per order

The final rate will be determined during checkout by your ship to location and cost of your order.

We are sorry, but we cannot accurately and efficiently combine orders. We need to ship them as placed.  

Contact us ASAP at admin@greenerymarket.com so we can determine if your package can be rerouted. There is a cost for this through UPS and we will need to charge you if they charge us.

In the event the package cannot be rerouted we will have to wait for it to come back to us. We cannot be responsible for a mistake you made in your address so please be sure to check your address carefully during checkout.

There will be costs associated with reshipping the package. Sometimes if you have ups has a way you can reroute your own package online.  

Cancellation & Return Questions

In an effort to keep prices below regular retail prices and offer free shipping over $100 all sales are final as placed.

To maintain below retail pricing we do not except returns. All sales are final.

Because of the nature of our supplies and challenges with non-sellable returned product, we no longer except returns or exchanges for any reason.  

If there is ANYTHING, we can help you with prior to your purchase to make sure it’s exactly what you want, please don’t hesitate to message us before.

We want you to love your experience with us so please ask us if you need assistance. Please know this means you will never be receiving product that was in someone else's home. It will always be brand new.
