How long will my order take to be shipped?  Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be picked, packed and processed. When spring and fall incoming products are arriving it could be a 2-8 business days. 

Can I combine orders to save on my shipping?  We are sorry we just can not efficiently combine orders. We need to ship them as placed.  

How can I cancel an order? send us an email to info@greenerymarket.com and if your order hasn't been picked or packed we can cancel for a 10% service charge. This fee covers the commission we pay to our app and payment processing companies for your order. We pay this fee as soon as you submit your order and regardless if you cancel or not so we must cover this fee.   

Shipping and handling costs   Free shipping is for regular addresses. PO Boxes may have an up-charge due to not being able to use UPS.  

Wholesale availability?  We do not at this time offer wholesale. 

Returns? Because of the seasonal nature of our supplies and challenges with non sellable returned product, we no longer except returns or exchanges.  If there is ANYTHING, we can help you with prior to your purchase to make sure it’s exactly what you want, please don’t hesitate to message us before. We want you to love your experience with us so please ask us if you need assistance. Please know this means you will never be receiving product that was in someone else home. It will be brand new. 

I made a mistake on my address now what do I do? Contact us ASAP and we can see if your package can be rerouted. There is a cost for this through UPS and we will need to charge you if they charge us. In the event the package cannot be rerouted we will have to wait for it to come back to us. We cannot be responsible for a mistake you made in your address so please be sure to check your address carefully during checkout. There will be costs associated with reshipping the package. Sometimes if you have ups has a way you can reroute your own package online.  

I want to return something, but I received free shipping due to challenges with returned product being used and household odors, we no longer except returns. We can’t possibly keep our prices low and continue to throw away unsellable product. 

I can’t find my coupon code so can I just have you adjust it?  All codes need to be entered during the checkout process. NO EXCEPTIONS due to our costs and commissions we pay to our website apps and payment processing companies. They do not offer us a refund on adjustments.
